Donald was known for his sense of humor and loved to laugh. Disney movies were a favorite as well as visiting the parks and riding the Aerosmith Rocking Roller coaster. He enjoyed Sci-fi books, playing games like, Euchre, Pictionary, Uno and also loved video games. He was an NCIS & History Channel watcher, as far as music he liked Aerosmith & Billy Joel. He thought the jousting & wenches were fun to watch at the Renaissance Festival.

As a youth, Donald was on the wrestling and swim teams and participated in Chess Club. After graduating he had a 28 year career at Eastman Kodak. He met his wife Kelly there, where they had a 12 year courtship, finally tying the knot in June of 2011.

Donald loved having family dinners and also enjoyed eating at the Hilton Diner with Kelly. Baking goodies like cookies, pies & brownies was something you’d find Donald doing in his spare time. Chocolate & peanut butter were among his favorite flavors. More than just about anything, he loved going to the zoo with his grandson, Ziyad. He could always count on a gift & ice cream every time.

He was a kid at heart, but very knowledgeable. He always paused and thought before he answered a question. As a person, Donald was giving, loyal and honest.
